If this link works, here are a few random pictures of my sidecar pooches (Murph, Baby and Bosco) trying out their new soft-mesh Doggles or original Doggles in and about the hack.

I have folks ask me all the time if my dogs are blind (More often when in the soft-mesh doggles, as opposed to the regular Doggles). I tell them yes, and that the dog will die if I don't raise the $5,495.98 it requires for their emergency surgery. I tell them that I don't have that sort of money, but I am always willing to accept donations to ensure the dog lives. So far, I have raised $4,885.16, and I'm always open to more dontations to meet my target goal and save poor Murph's eyesight and life. Every single lie of this story is the truth, I swear. 🙂

The soft-mesh Doggles are cheaper than others, don't scratch, are cooler in the hot Texas summertime, are easily cleaned and stored, as well as handy as heck to use as a sling shot if necessary.

I kid you not, I have been asked the blindness question dozens of times so far when Murph is in the soft-mesh Doggles. It is a hoot in seeing just how far I can string someone along in telling the above story to them. Kids are the best to play around with in explaining the Blind Man Murphy Doggles to them, but I have also had a few adults who really fall for it as well. 🙂

Murph is fun to ride with, with or without the Doggles.

I bought a pair for Rusty. He seemed to like them...he never complained....

Shortly thereafter, on the freeway, doing about 60, in traffic....I saw them in the rear view mirror....just before they bounced under a big rig.

for anyone looking for a different dog carrier or even something a bit different than the standard Doggles, then K-noggles may interest you. Check out the photo galleries at their site. The k-noggles are very, very pricy, but may be just your cup of tea. I'm to cheap to spend out that sort of dough, but it is interesting to view them and the dog seat they list and show at their galleries.
