Velorex, Europe has readjusted the pricing on the new units to a reasonable amount.
Retail prices as of 3/12/2014 are:

562 Cruiser............$3,299.
563 Tour...............$3,599.
565 Tour...............$3,999.
700 Tour...............$4,399.
