Getting ready to have my 60th birthday and I want a sidecar rig. I love BMW airheads and am keeping my '82 R100RT (I love it).
I want a cruiser style bike for the tug with enough room for the wife and put the Lab in the sidecar. The Kawasaki 1700 Voyager is great
as is the new Goldwing F6B. Stupid question but can most bikes be fitted with a sidecar. If not, what do I need to be aware of? Thanks in advance and I look forward to being part of this great group of people.

Most yes and I say most because someone would come up with one. The two bikes you name will.

I hope you get this done, as I'm planning the same rig and I'd love to learn from your experience!!!! 😉

I think I am going to go with the Goldwing F6B. I came across a like new Friendship III car local to me that I can get for a great price. It was mounted on a 1500 Golwing and comes with all the mounting hardware and electric lean. Of coarse it will have to be painted but I need to know if the mounts can be used on on the new Goldwing platform. Will people like Claude mount sidecars they didn't sell?
