Politely, I shall disagree with my colleague from Broken Bow, Nebraska. Having stayed at the same Best Western in Murray, at the same time, I can NOT recommend that hotel.
Having been to Murray, Kentucky several times now, as I also had visits with Hannigans, I would strongly suggest the Murray Inn & Art Gallery.

VERY pleasant and comfortable place to stay...much less expensive than the Best Western, privately owned, and the owners are on-site, and they are the closest motel/hotel/inn to Hannigan's.

Sadly I have a data set of 1 WRT Murray. I will concur that the price paid was higher than desired and the lack of breakfast was disappointing, however, we both know that Maddie made the Art gallery/Inn unworkable. I still appreciate the time spent.

Best Western is good. Not prefect If you call talk to manager the rate is even better. best Western is under new owners. This trip I will be stay at KY Dam and riding to Murray to visit. Leaving 9/18/24 spending a week down there.

Murray Inn Art Gallery was a huge mistake .Stayed there once a good while back. It has change hands and from what I was told went really down hill.
It does not look like the pictures now.
