After a long six months of stops, starts, blind alleys and arduous road trips, the coupling of a Kawasaki W650 and a Motorvation Spyder has taken place. It was a good thing and the assembled crowd cheered.
Many thanks to Mary at Motorvation and especially Claude at C Stanley Motorsports. Mary's company in Iowa provided the car and shipped it to Claude in Pa. Claude built a subframe and assembled the project - very neat and professional job.
My wife and I are currently getting aquainted with the new ride. We took some training six months back or so. We are a little rusty but are catching on pretty quickly.
For those of you who know of Claude, I bet you did not know he was born on the Fourth of July - Happy Birthday, Claude.
