No that tubing project is not mine, I'll just have to be satisfied with my current rides as I already have too much $$$$$ tied up in motos. I'm in Winslow Twp. just down the

road from your former home. This is my currrent sidecar as I said no slouch.

Sidewise, that's a B E A Utiful rig, for sure. Did you put it together? Whose car is that? Whose leading link?

Thx !

Thank you Ray, a great looking and exceptionally good handling outfit! It is an EZS RX5 Roadster conversion on a Honda ST1100, very popular in Europe but almost unheard of here. Originally done by Pete Larsen of Liberty Sidecars, at the time the sole importer. Liberty has since gone almost exclusively to Harley replica sidecars. DMC Sidecars is now the only US importer of these very impressive but pricey conversions. It has a unique subframe, mounted without clamps, purposely built automobile style wheels, leading link forks, and a steering damper, all manufactured by EZS Sidecars (Holland) http://www.ezs-sidecar.com/en . DMC's can be found here: http://www.dmcsidecars.com/ . Because of the decline of the US$ against the Euro the cost of importing new would be reserved exclusively to the very commited and wealthy hacker. Looking for a used outfit would be the better choice if you find someone willing to sell.

Sidecars are kind of like a wife, "cheaper to keep her".

We met up with Bill Ballou, Bill McSheehy, Jayboy, Ralph and others at Summit Raceway, WV for the sidecar races this past summer, you must be familiar with these characters. Bill has a very similar sidecar to mine on his HPS. I like to consider mine as more of an interstate eater than a twisty turny HPS, as wife and I rode down while the others were trailered. With the trunk, panniers and travel trunk we can carry a lot of luggage at well plus posted speeds. Maybe we'll see you around when the ice grip of the NE is relased.

Yep, I was just at Bill's house this AM. Bill has a Honda Black Bird. Yours for some reason just looked a bit different to me. Oh, I know, it's clean !! Planning on getting down to Summit this August with the gang.
There are some great roads in the Northeast corner of CT, it's called the quiet corner. Come on up !!

Newport RI is always fun too !
