Forgive my ignorance, but are these the same company, or different?

Based on rumor ... Kozy is a spinoff of Cozy. A split in a family enterprise.
I did hear this from a dealer ... but ... as with all thins rumor, take with a grain of salt.
What I do know of direct observance is that Kozy has made some improvements in suspension and quality.
