We just joined USCA end of June. We have not received a member number yet. How long does that take and does it matter for the rally? We are registered and paid in full for both.

Most people can get there E-mails with there phone. If he is willing to do his job he could at least e-mail you back. ( if he can get them on his phone.)

If you knew the whole story you might understand the delay. Our guy was riding in Europe and didn't have much in the way of communications. When he got to a larger city, he caught up on things and now that he's back in the US everything was brought up to date in one day. All in all we are very happy with our membership guy.
