Planning Natchez Trace Trail trip end of Oct. Will go on trail from Natchez, MS and ride into AL before returning home to Malvern, AR. Anyone who has ridden the trail would like to have some idea of what a good days milage may be and good locations for motels.

Understand milage will depend on what I stop to see but any info would be nice.

Thanks,

You are welcome, William.
Most of all we would love to hear about your experience and see a few photos.
Only to think about autumn leaves I get cribbling hands.
Last coloured trees I saw in 2005 in Germany. (and a few early ones in 2013 British Colombia, Canada)

Hi labill. You can go to Natchez Trace on google and download free maps. I rode the trace from Natchez to Nashville last year and enjoyed it very much. I ride the Blue Ridge parkway often but the trace has much better roads probably due to the fact that it doesn't get so much snow and ice in winter.
