What kind of engine down BMW R100RS have??? I heard that it has like boxer engine,,, but some say that it has flat-twin engine.., which one?? Usually these days?>

All 'boxer' engines are a 'flat twin', but not all 'flat twin' engines are 'boxers'. In the case of BMW, it is indeed a flat twin Boxer engine.
