Help Finding "Rocket Bob Oliver" of Bath, Maine

Hello all! I am trying to find Rocket Bob Oliver around age 71-72 and from Bath, Maine. My charity, Santa-America just bought a 90's vintage class racing sidecar on eBay buildt for Bob by a Boston company called BGM? They built 8-9 rigs just like this one. Apparently Bob never took deliver as the rig is new as 95% completed. Please help me find Bob, the builder or anyone with a similar rig. We are completing the rig to race at Barber's October Vintage Race Weekend. Thanks, Santa Ernest 251-626-6609
