Old Tom aka papasmurf in New Hampshire here.
SOMEONE here was going to send me the above material way back, when I originally requested it. Had gladly offered to pay for same, including shipping to NH.
NEVER heard a word about this since then! Just wondered if SOMEONE here could still assist me with this request. And offer to pay for material still stands.
