Warning,
Seventy liters of LPG or Propane will be north of 17 gal. This amount would most likely be a RQ (Reportable Quanity). The driver of this vehicle would probably need a Haz Mat endorsement on their license. I'm not up on Haz Mat anymore as I gave up my HM endorsement cause my employer quit hauling same due to extreme insurance premiums to cover accidents.
