got my rig going finally

its a 82 cb 900c with a mid 60s bingham mark 1.
it seems ok on yhe road,i will probably try it on the interstate this weekend.my 4 yr old loves it. pro installed velorex clamps loosend up though. retightend and seem ok now.if you see a blue honda with purple sidecar tooling around milwaukee its probably me.

80 miles on the freeway today , i think its mostly dialed in.
might need a little tweeking though

do you mean weld the little plates that the pointed bolt locks into?
i did that last week and it seems to be working so far.

I was more thinking that you shold spot weld the "U" shaped part of the clamp to the frame. Just a tidy little spot weld will be fine.
