Got my dad in Sidecar
Took the rig over to my folks this week for Dad to give me a hand adjusting the lid as I had worked on it and gotten it out of kilter. I'm 56 this year and Dad still gets me out of scrapes. After we got done he asked if I'd take him for a ride. Would I, Hmm OK if you insist. Dad's 76 and though he owned a few Harleys, and an Indian, he had never ridden a sidecar. We took it out for about a 1/2 hr. Dad is 6'1 1/2" so he looked like a sardine with the top down.
He said it rode pretty well and was surprised at the power the Gl 1200 SEI had to pull it. I asked if he would want to ride it to Florida or California sometime. He said as long as we stopped at night to get the kink out of his neck. 🙂
Glad to hear he enjoyed himself! Start planning that trip to California, the sooner the better, life can throw some curve balls. Here's to lots of great father son trips!

My Dad is 82, and can still wear is "Grumpy Ol' Man Pants Up Nice & Tight".......
