I have a Michelin 130/70/18 Pilot GT tire on the front of my sidecar rig.
The tire is no longer available and I was wondering if someone could recommend a good replacement tire. Of course, the tire runs flat on the ground and wears straight across so I am more concerned with good wear than grip when leaning in a turn.
Thanks!

Paul

Can only give you my opinion on your question [opinions like butts....everyone sits on one, ROFL].
Had our '95 GL1500SE/CSC FSIII sidecar rig 12 1/2 years. Must have gone through at least 5 sets of tires, 3 hack tires[never kept records]. My front tire of choice is Avon Venom. Do NOT like Venom rear, as it's now too &%$# wide; rubbed badly on right side of swingarm [they widened it too much; still have an old Venom rear in yard [wife's flower planter]; is at least an inch narrower than present Venom]. don't have a gl 15 but I have been running rear tires on the front for years. even on my yam royal star 2 wheeler I had 33000 miles on it when I took it off still had a ton of tread left but it was cupping . I have never had any problems.

Just mount them in reverse rotation for braking traction.
