GL1500 rear car tire conversion

Last winter, I had http://www.kosman.net/ convert my GL1500 16" rear wheel to a 15" car tire (165/80R15). They have converted many motorcycle wheels but never a GL1500 before. They were highly recommended by a motorcycle shop (on another forum) that has used them for many years. After 400 miles, I am quite happy. There were some installation issues but slight mods took care of them. I sent Sandy Kosman an email, recently, with my suggestions for any future GL1500 conversions. It may be worthwhile to talk to them about non-Gl1500 conversions also.
