f650 + Velorex a good match?

Hi everyone.

I have an extra '99 F650 and was thinking of building a sidecar rig. Would a late 80s Velorex be a good match for this bike? What should I expect to pat for a late 80s velorex that was in good condition? What kind of additional parts would I have to get to install? I am hoping that I can do this for a reasonable cost.

Thanks

Like all BMWs since 60's the F650 is lacking in frame access points for sidecar mounting.
sub-frame mount assembly will be needed to mount a sidecar.
The later Velorex 562 Cruiser or 563 Tour model would be a better choice of car since the early models had suspension designed for the 350 Jawa's and Mz's.
Very soft with a non adjustable shock and 15mm axle.
If using the early 562s or 562E models an upgraded suspension is recommended for heavier bikes, off road or dual sport usage.
We have a bolt on replacement upgrade available for the pre 2004 Velorex's with the 15mm axles.
