Dunlop 402 PT

Well finally had the rear tire changed.
I tried a Dunlop 402 PT these are tires that Harley Davidson install
on the Police motorcycles,they are suppose to be able to run upwards of
35 mph when flat and will not come off of the rim due to the heavy and
stiff sidewall's.
Figuring the mileage out it seems that I was able to get 7,679 miles on
the rear tire this gave me about 1,000 miles more.
Anyone else trying this tire?
I would be intrested in knowing the mileage you have gotten from one of
these on your rig.
Even the guys in the shop were supprised.
