Does the weight/load capacity change w/ a sidecar

Hey all,

I just got a Honda Reflex/Texas sidecar rig.

I am curious if I need to de-rate the weight/load capacity listed for the bike due to the added weight of the side car, do they cancel each other out or can I increase the overall weight capacity since the car is "holding" a portion of it?

About 1/2 of the sprung sidecar weight is carried by the bike when not under way.
