4 wheels? In most (if not all) states this vehicle would be licensed as a car.
Looks like something out of the old Jesse James "Monster Garage" show.

He could probably pull a semi trailer with that one.

if the two tires are on ONE wheel - ill bet it will qualify as three wheels... just like a twin tire was one wheel.

That's right, and it's wild.
I'd have to question the indicated speed reading (200 hundred ish) with the beanie and shades with no wind protection. He looks pretty relaxed.
(I realize that it is a production).

Shadow,
I think a fifth wheel setup would be the ideal trailer connection.
