Did Champion sell out to two different companys, one trike and one sidecar?

Trikes are made by Champion trikes of AZ. They only make the GL1800 and 2009 and up FLH and only independent suspension. The rest of the line has been dropped.
Champion sidecars its self did not sell, same owner, just down sized and no longer making the Escort or Daytona.

I wonder what happens to the people that need Lehman parts. To bad Champion gave up on the Escort, I think it was one of the best sidecars out there. I guess there wasn't enough demand for them.
