Anybody in the central Indiana area with a BMW K1200 LT with a sidecar. Would like to know about your set-up,

While I am not in your area I ran a K1200LT for quite a while as my own bike with one of our Liberator sidecars on it. We have also installed Champion sidecars on these bike. We have about 2 K1200LT's a month in the shop for sidecars.

OK. Anybody with a BMW K1200 LT With a sidecar anywhere? Besides Dauntless. I would like to know what type and how's it working out. Thanks.

Dunno if replies will come in on that question tvbike but there are LTs out there with many brands of sidecars on them. Hannigans, Motorvations CSC , Champion and there is even J R Lewis who has a Sputnik on his and Avenell's LT. Any of the main line sidecars that have enough weight to them seem to work well. The LTs reverse is also a handy feature.

check them all out but the best looking and designed forthe the 1200lt is the hannigan rig seeing and riding is the test we know

My R1200C pulls a Champion Escort that Dauntless did the mounts for. Not quite enough hp for my liking, so we ride in 4th most of the time. The Champion double wide is my tub of future choice to take the wife and the dog at the same time. But need a bigger hp bike to pull it.
