Back from the Ride to TN, NC

We are home 3,000 miles of fun to really put the new rig to the test. Wisconsin to the Smoky Mountains , over into NC some and back home.
It passes the test. The RDRS traction control work flawlessly . I played with it with RDRS on and off it did not make any difference. Pushed it hard on the Dragon with in the limits of the law of course. From high speed highway to long traffic jams and just normal everyday riding. 10 days of fun.
The state of KY on HWY 75 if you were not at 80mph you would be run over. Rig did well. We rode it with wife in the sidecar and with her on the bike at different times no issues.
The gas shortages in the area did not bother us. We came across a couple station in TN with no gas but others had plenty. We did have 4 gallons extra just in case. NC however in one town we found 3 station out of gas and none with any that day. Another minor issue was some with only 87 octane. We had packed some octane boost.

Hopefully you'll write a piece on your trip and send it with photos to Martin at the Sidecarist. Looking forward to it....
