A guy from the GB500 group sent me this (if the link works); pictures taken at Alices in NorCal just south of SF. Looks like a late 70s R100 with a LOT of work.

Isn't the chair on the wrong side?

Can it be switched to the other side?

It's a custom built rig, so doubtful it could be changed to the other side.
I believe Robert built it in the UK tradition.

Actually the car on the left has its advantages in a right hand world. On the road right hand turns are tighter radius than left and having the s/c on the outside you can stuff it into the turns a bit faster. On left turns it is a bit easier to keep the wheel a little closer to the pavement. Good morning Bill---RG

Thanks for the reply.
I noticed that the fairing is made of metal. Isn't that kind of heavy?
Would you like to trade it for a Windjammer?
It's plastic, you know.

Hi Bob!

First time I saw a picture of your rig I drooled. The saw pics after fairing was added and drooled again. Now after some time passing I saw it again and still drooled. Great work my friend !! I admire your craftmanship in what has almost become a lost art.
