For my 2006 Dyna Superglide. It is being shipped to Hawaii on March 19th. I basically bought it sight unseen. Yes I have seen a few grainy pictures online and Dauntless gave me a good idea about what I was buying. However I was hoping someone on this forum might have some pictures I haven't seen of the Daytona. I cant believe the Champion website has the worst pictures of that flagship sidecar. If anyone owns one or has good pictures please link me. Just before the sidecar arrives I am having a 30 tooth primary reduction sprocket, 5 degree triple tree, fork brace and steering damper installed. Along with having my original pipes put back on, these V&H are too loud for a passenger. This is a fantastic sidecar and I am excited, I just know so little about it, not a lot out there. Any tips from seasoned riders would be appreciated. Mahalo!

It's going to be wide for some of the Island roads (any Island) the Escort and mountings are about 4.5 feet wide and you're adding a couple of feet of bike to that.
With the opening cockpit, entry and exit are easy for a passenger, if not, it's not so easy to get in and out of.
I'd suggest dumping those Buckhorn bars for 1995 Wide Glide bars. Much more comfortable and easier sidecar handling since you will be steering from the shoulders instead of steering sideways from the elbows. The'95 WG bars are just like the current '09 and '10 bars except they cost about half as much in the Harley parts book. No changes needed in your control cables for the switchover.

Good luck with your new rig, Bra!
