My everlovin' wife got a USCA ballot but I didn't? Also I guess I don't understand how all this works. We live in the northwest but our ballot listed midwest and Southeast region positions. Also all positions appear to be un-opposed, so is there any point in voting? Any explanation of how this all works would be appreciated, my ignorance is showing I'm afraid.
Your ballot is in the latest issue of The Sidecarist - hers is an associate ballot, so it gets mailed separately. (you should be getting it soon, if it hasn't already arrived)
The Midwest and Southeast regions have directors up for elections this year. The Northwest (and other regions) have elections on even numbered years. It's a two year term. Our by-laws don't restrict votes for a director to those within a region (I don't think...), so feel free.
Also, the NW region director spot is not filled at present, so please consider volunteering!
I just found out that the address to mail your ballot in the magazine is in error.
The City should be:
Redlands CA 92373-7353
not Tucson AZ.
