Loco Equine (Crazyhorse), okay, I will bite...can we see pictures of this sidecar rig ?
Because Hannigan makes a lot of different sidecars, it would be nice to know exactly which model of Hannigan sidecar is attached to this 2008 Wing.
Because Mother Honda gave birth to 5 different levels of Goldwing in 2008, it would be nice to know which level of Goldwing this 2008 Wing is.
In this case, pictures would speak 1000 words.
The 28,000 miles on this bike are nothing to be concerned about...I mean...for Pete's sake 28,000 miles is less than one month of riding.
But PICTURES...we desperately need pictures.

Okay, viewing audience, here is what we can discern from the pictures above.
The seller is a former Marine, as in USA Marine Corps.
He either likes to "fish", or he has faith in a Higher Power, that teaches followers to fish.
The sidecar is a Hannigan GTL sidecar.
The bike is a Black 2008 Honda Goldwing 1800 level 1, which means it has the Premium Sound System.
My Opinion: The price of $ 15,900.00 for this rig, with only 28k miles on the bike, is VERY LOW PRICE.
If the Honda Heated Grips have not already been added to this bike, they are very easy to add, for a buyer that lives in the colder climates. I can see why someone in Mississippi might not have a need for Heated Grips, but again, they are very easy to install on this bike, as the factory wiring is already hidden inside the fairing area, to plug into.
It is GOOD that it does NOT have the Honda factory Heated Seat (bad idea to heat any motorcycle seat)
It is GOOD that it does not have the Honda Navigation System, as that systems has limitations whilst in motion, so the better alternative is to get a Garmin Zumo GPS, and install that close to the left handlebar area, so you have a fully functioning GPS that can be operated at 125 mph.
VERY CLEAN bike and sidecar.
I say...Buy It NOW.

General question: does the GTL sidecar have forced air in the car or is that passive vents?

Thane, as you know....I will have the thorough answer to that question.
On the left side of the Sidecar is a passive air vent, that is behind that vinyl cover that is snapped in place on the inside of the Sidecar, on the left lower side, close to where the passenger's left ankle would be.
On my 2015 Wing with the Hannigan GTL sidecar that I sold to Steve Ives, I blocked that vent off, with a dense foam block, from the outside... solely for the purpose to keep rain water out, whilst piloting around Europe.
Then.... inside the Sidecar, on the dash of the Sidecar, there is a 3 speed fan system, that works quite well. A person could place a small plug in heater in the inside nose of the Sidecar to provide heated air to that fan system, and have the heated air dispersed throughout the interior of the Sidecar....OR.....do the same thing with either a BLOCK or BAG of ICE, and cool down the interior of the Sidecar.
