Third wheel Ice racer

Hi I'm new to forum and hope I'm posting in right area. My son and I race a third wheel ice racing motorcycle in Colorado. We are building our second one and would like to build it correctly. Our last one ran great but we raced on an oval track turning left and the bike pushed to the right coming out of the corner terribly causing us to lose places and head for the wall coming out of the corner. Any help with wheel distance from bike, placement of wheel in reference to rear wheel, lean of bike, and toe in or out would be a great help.
