Sway bars

I have been poking around on the high performance sidecar pages, and they all seem to use a sway bar as part of the suspension. I know that sway bars are a good method of controlling lean in the corners, I understand how they work, and I think a sway bar would enhance the handling of my GL1500/Friendship III outfit. Problem is that I am not enough of an engineer and fabricator to make one.

Does anyone know of a sway bar that will work on the GL1500 and Friendship III combination?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Bill

And that it makes a hell of a differance I can tell you from the day I tried my MZ-superelastic without torsion bar.
I nearly tipped over. It felt like a yoyo

Thanks for the information, Sven. I will probably get in touch with Claude this coming week and see what he thinks.
