I'm in need of one more mounting piece for my Velorex side car. USPS lost all but 2 parts to a new frame clamp (picture attached) the post office implies that there priority mail is insured up to $100 but it is not. the box was crushed and cut open a letter was inserted in KC MO to tell me they lost the parts. So I go to the claims here in my town and they tell me that I could go to KC and have them look for it, fill out a form and send it to Atlanta GA wait a month and see if any thing shows up there (it is the dump for all things the USPS finds laying around) or the 3rd option is go buy a new one this is direct form the USPS. In hopes someone may have this one piece It is the eye bolt that tightens up the clamp by putting pressure on the saddle and pulling the clamp tight on the frame.

Update USPS did nothing so I took what I had and made the mount down at a shop I work part time at. I mounted the sidecar to the bike this week and have put about 325+ miles on it seems to be a good working unit a 1977 Goldwing that I rebuilt from a totaled out unit and a 1975 Velorex sidecar that I redid the frame. shock. shock tower, fender, mounts and axle and wheel. Must have gotten lucky since it seems to track very well ( have only been up to 75ish) and with no ballast and it track just as well at 65 with a rider.
