I have 2003 Road King with Tle Sidecar.
I bought the HD Sidecar Parking brake accessory Last year.
The Instructions do not show the cable routing or the exact lever location.
I have hard bags on both sides of the bike and I can not seem to route the cable to where the lever is in a good place on the sidecar frame and the cable is free to move with the rear swingarm.
Does anyone have one of these installed on their machine that would be willing to send photo's showing cable routing and lever location?

the cable is supposed to go OVER the top shock mount between the bag and the frame & it has to be FREE TO MOVE. then down between the bag and the side cover.
you have it behind the sidecover and behind the shock - im sure its driving you nuts
i have a few zip ties at the bottom by the rear sidecar mount to keep the cable pointing straight up.
if you get it right it the top loop moves up and down
the BIG problem is keeping it in proper adjustment so it will hold when it needs to, it loosens up over time.
next go round id get a baker 6+R and put the brake cash toward that - of course with the economy like it is - no cash.. *sigh*

No problem here and it was installed by the dealer. So I will leave it as is.
