My 2001 Road King w Liberty side car had a plug and play brake light module that controlled the brake lights on the sidecar and also utilized the directionals on the bike and sidecar as brake lights.
It fried yesterday and I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a replacement? I HATE my local HD Stealership so I do not want to go there unless there is no alternative. They would probably order the wrong part, and then want me to pay for it because it was a special order....
They are know to go bad. When I worked in one of the many shops I worked in I replaced one guys 3 times in a year. Now maybe the newer ones are better.
I ended up ordering it from a HD dealer, but not my local one.
The Harley Module lasted 1.5 days and bit the dust. I guess i will give the Badlands module a try.
