HI FOLKS:
About to buy new heavy-duty rear shocks. Choice is between Works Performance/ Progressive. Wanted some input from GL1500/CSC FSIII owners who have aftermarket units. Want shocks w/spring on BOTH, as rig squats when riding; causes handling problems. TTFN.

I don't know anything about Works Perormance but I did have a set of Progressives. They were the air and oil type that are tpyically sold for the 1500 Goldwing. They were really great on a solo. You can pump them up hard with the onboard air pump and they should be quits stiff. Sorry I don't remember the part number.

I can see where the standard 1500 setup with one air shock and one slave shock wouldn't be suitable for the added duty of a sidecar.

Happy Trails.
