I am not sure if my swing arm is stock or modified.
Check the measurements and if they are the same here are some recent part #'s
inner race: 1.250 id X 1.5 od X 1.250 wide
Mc gill # MI 20 or torrington # IR 2020
Drawn cup needle bearing : 1.5 ID X 1.875 0D X 1.25 wide
Timken/torrington # B-2420
Seal 1.875 OD X 1.5 ID X .250 wide
SKF # 14807

it sounds like its stock . you should have know trouble finding new bearing
I just replaced mine. the bearings and race are common trailer parts
