I have a champion side car (escort) and when I use the sidecar brake I get one hell of a squeal and it is driving me nuts. Anyone know how to make it stop and be nice and quite like my wings brakes?

The squeal is something vibrating- usually on disk brakes. If yours is a disk, it needs to be taken apart, individual parts cleaned and lightly oiled. No oil on the pads, please. Springs may need replacement, too.

The squeal is usually the brake pads vibrating.
When I worked as a mechanic, we used to coat the back side of brake pads with a layer of latex house paint. Let them dry overnight and put them together normally. Kills the squeal almost every time.
