Well after a bit of searching I found that the R100 has a 28 degree headset rake and a trail of 3.5".
Since I have the entire front end apart I was thinking of machining a new top tree brace for more rake and less trail but since the bike only has 3.5" trail anyway I think I will see how it is first.
(The bike came with modified machined aluminum top brace for more rigidity anyway)
I have a BMW 75/6 on my chair right now but I fancied the twin discs and oil cooler that this R100 has for sidecar work.
