Here's the one I'd like to add. http://www.rmworksinc.com/index.html
It wouldn't take away any carrying or passenger space. I just don't know if the convenience of not stopping every 125 miles is worth the price. I do like the idea of it being automatic. I don't see much difference in stopping at the gas station or stopping on the side of the road. If I do anything, I'll expect it to drain as needed.

Man, you guys are rugged. Personally, I prefer to stop every 100 miles or so- it keeps me fresher.

I also make the 100 mile stops..rest my sore butt, take a short walk. I just want the extra gas...just in case...I had too many times on the road, Sunday aft, or late evening, middle of nowhere, 1 gallon gas left, no stations in sight.I figured there would be a station 'coming up soon'. next one....

I'm with you uncle, I stop about every 75 for the wife to pee and get ice cream. Keeps her happier after we arive, and you know what that means. She sleeps about 70 out of 75, but that first 5 is full of eating and drinking.

Hi Mark, I would be very interested in those pictures and any notes on parts and fabricatin. Distance with just my bikes tank has always been a bit of a peeve to me. Do you have the info on suitable fuel cells?

Thanks,

I got a NATO style gerry can from an outfit in California

I bent & welded up a bracket and installed the fuel can on my sidecar's frame. I did have to drill a couple of 5/16 in holes thru the frame, but I'm confident that they're not in a place that could cause any problems whatsoever.

I posted a pic in my album: Jaguzzi/Hackal

This is a 10 liter can, so it will give me a comfortable 60 or so extra miles of range. I like the simplicity of the set-up.
