Hello all
I was taking the wheel off of my sidecar the bearing was on tight
so I had to use a hammer with a brass drift to hit the axle so I could get it off,I missed once and hit the hub knocking the threads out of line,
does anybody know the size of the hub? the only way I know to fix it is to get a thread chaser or tap the hub measures about 2in across
so it would be a very big tap. any ideas would be apriciated.

I'm having a hard time getting a picture here. Can YOU post one or two pictures?
Also- it might be faster to Google Duane Ausherman and/or Benchmark Works. Vintage Beemers is all they do.
