1954 Stoyer Sidecar.
We are trying to mount a 1954 Stoyer SC to a 1969 BMW 600. The sidecar was removed from a 1954 BMW 500. It appears that the mounting brackets from the 500 are not the same ones for the 600. If we are correct in assuming this, where do we find a new set of brackets? Many Thanks Mike.
Other than suggesting you contact Jay at Dauntless, I'm no help with your question but the reason I jumped on here was to ask you to post photos of your Stoyer. I'm sure lots of people besides me would love to see it! Thanks!
I will echo Tom's plea for pictures! It would be great to see what the car looks like.
The '69 BMW - is it an earles forks model or a "US" model (with telecopic forks)?
The folks at Blue Moon Cycle just outside of Atlanta may be able to help you. http://www.bluemooncycle.com/
Also, Bench Mark Works in Sturgis Mississippi is a vintage BMW shop:

There is also the Vintage BMW Motorcycle Owners group who may offer insight: http://www.vintagebmw.org/current/ (There is a second BMW vintage group - maybe someone else remembers the name of that group!)
Also, Bob's BMW may be a resource, though they are further away from you outisde of DC: http://www.bobsbmw.com/
Good luck with your project and keep us posted!
Thank you for your replys. The bike does have Earls Forks. As soon as we can get this thing together I will post some pictures for those that are interested. It could take alittle while so please be patient/ Thank You Mike
Please feel free to post pictures now and as you go along! Also, check in with the USCA Florda Rep - Richard McClure. His contact info is here:
