I'm in California but would be willing to travel or ship the right setup. Trying to stay under my $2,000 budget.

I have a ural style car for sale. It has opening and closing trunk and is suspended on leaf springs. It comes with 4 wheels, 2 stainless steel sttachment struts, 2 ball clamps for mounting, and 4 "universal" mounting point brakets. If youre interested email me at venturebros13@gmail.com
