Who has the Ural rig in Ephrata, WA

I passed the rig at Barb 'n Eds yesterday. It must be local because a few folks have put me at various places that I wasn't at. Could there possibly be two rigs in town? I don't have a Ural, but to most folks a rig is a rig. They never see the bike!
