Trying to help a guy find the brand and model of this sidecar ... he says there are no names or ID on it anywhere ... I first thought maybe a Velorex but not sure ... hope you guys can help

I agree with Ace, that looks like a car Vern made. Your next question is probably about contacting the maker and sadly, Vern died last year.
Does your car have a fast acting electric lean feature? That was Vern's trademark thing but many have been removed because folks were uncomfortable with them.
