Aiden and I are doing the Iron Butt associations Solar Eclipse 1000 Gold ride(Gold means you have to ride to the Total Eclipse zone). We will be leaving our small Town in Inwood WV August 21st around 5:30am . Our ride will take us back to The Tail of the Dragon. We were there 5 years ago. This time we will ride in to Deals Gap for a fuel stop and photo ops then promptly return to Inwood WV with in the allotted 24 hours. Also this time we will be taking the wifes recently completed sidecar rig. Aiden is 8 years old and will have been to the Dragon twice and will earn an IBA patch this time around. I will post pictures here after the ride and on the USCA Facebook page during the ride.
