at the weekend i attended a rally and was to travel together with a friend & his wife, so on the friday morning i rang to see what time we were setting off only to hear problems with bike you set of i will see you there, brian the friend declined the offer of my spare hack or help saying he would sort the problem. so off i went got pitched fed & watered no sign of brian tried ringing to no avail, at about 12.30am i got a call, we are here where are you!, i was in bed!. he had worked all day to take the chair of his flt harley & graft it onto his harley custom chop having to make all the fittings from scratch & to set it up, then to travel through the night in the pouring rain. now thats dedication. & next day he won the best bike trophy.
Wow, that lad must have been desperate to get there! I would have just given up and gone to the pub!
nice bike.i wouldnt want to have to clean all those spokes though, full time job with uk weather, (brit ex pat) chaddokid.
