This morning I took some pictures of my neighbor's '41 HD with left-hand sidecar. I'm having trouble just pasting them into a post. Are there limits - or helpful hints for us Mac folks.
Thanks,
Ron

use http://photobucket.com and http://tinyurl.com
to put links to the pics.
go to photo bucket and sign up.... put you pics in there then copy URL of the pics and make a Tiny Url with the Tiny Url site. then paste em in here

Bob, sorry but there's no way I'm going to release all the info required by photobucket. Surely there's another way! It's pretty absurd.

If not, I'll just put them in an album.

Ron,
Edit this message and look at what I did to include one of my Album pictures. Ain't difficult at all. You just need to find the system identification of your picture by right clicking on the picture itself and then...clicking on Property. No! This is not my rig. Yes!! I wish it were.

This is my fault Ron. When I originally set this up I joined a lot of groups to see what people liked and didn't like in forums. One of the biggest complaints I saw was people who would post huge photos that would then cause the rest of the forum messages to appear as wide. This would require folks to scroll left and right to read each successive message in the thread. To stop this, I only allowed photos to be posted in For Sale threads and I created the Albums button above. Now, you can post your photo in an album, then link to it like this.
Type (greater than sign) img src=" (fill in the address of your picture ( http://www.sidecar.com/megabbs/photos/get-photo.asp?photoid=84 5">) ) then type ("> ) and you're done. no ()'s

Maybe I just confused you more. This is also a good picture to show the problem with big photos in forums.
