After putting my hack on the first ride around the block was not sure how I would like it. After over two months and only about 1,000 miles do not think I will ever take it off unless I have to work on the bike on the right side. Would have a lot more miles on it if the finances where better. My grandson would kill me if I where to take it off for good and with my heath the day is coming I will not be able to ride a two-wheeler. I did take my friend that weighs 275 pounds 95 miles to pick up his Ural after they had to rebuild the motor under warranty. We where on the slab for the most part and he said the hack road well. Should have seen him getting his big ass out of it. LOL

The only thing I do not like is the gas mileage. I new it would not be as good as a solo bike but not anywhere near the poor mileage I am getting. I get about the same around town I do on the road, which is only about 30 MPG. I think the problem is it is geared too high. I have a Baker DD6 which uses a 28th motor sprocket and it has to increase the throttle so much to go up hills even on the slap while cursing at 70mph. On cruse control it now drops 4 to 5 miles per hour where it use to only lose 2. Stock was 25th so when I can afford it I am going to try a 27th sprocket. If I have to I will put the stock 25 on which in 6th will still be 1 to 1 but will have a really low first which at times is good.
