New(older) bike and sidecar

i wonder how many people added sidecars later. there were 1340 of the 90th Anniversary Ultra model and what i am hearing only 3 came with a sidecar. my sidecar vin number says its a 96 .

I'd think the largest percentage of sidecars are added later by far. I put 85,000 miles on my current bike as a solo and the remainder of it's 116,000 plus miles with the sidecar attached.
