In Germany any new motorcycle above 50ccm that gets registered after January first 2016 ( Means the day after tomorrow) AUGHT TO BE EQUIPPED WITH ABS or a combi-break system and needs to fulfil even stricter emission values.

An ABS system alone is more expensive then 2 Chinese 200ccm bikes in the land where I live.

one second reading:Ab Januar 2016 müssen alle neuen Motorräder außerdem über ABS oder ein sogenanntes Kombi-Bremssystem verfügen. Diese Vorschrift betrifft Motorräder mit einem Hubraum von mehr als 50 Kubikzentimetern oder einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von mehr als 45 km/h. Alte Motorräder müssen nicht nachgerüstet werden.
What is a so called Kombi, break system?

Kombi Brake system: It could be similar to the 'linked brake system" on some bikes. (Honda) Activate either front or rear and the other is slaved to it through a proportioning valve. Both brakes then slow the bike.

You mean something like the Moto Guzzi way to actuate brakes? Foot break has a proportional valve that deviates 65% to one of the 2 front disks?
Why complicated if you can leave things natural?
