Is it my computer or is this site always slow?

Some times worse then others but many times it will take a while for a page to load or I will get an error. When I say a while I mean sometimes minutes if at all. I do not seem to have this problem with other sites is the normal for this site or is it my computer of ISP? This is the error I get [Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out]

Some days it works fine and others it is SLOW. For the most part lately it has been fine but there where a few hours yesterday it was SLOW.
